Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Rankly.AI platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and OnLesBz, the operator of Rankly.AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Rankly.AI is an AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analysis platform that allows users to:

• Analyse websites for SEO and GEO performance.
• Receive AI-generated recommendations for improving search visibility.
• Benchmark their site against competitors.
• Track progress over time with monthly reports.

The service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Rankly.AI offers a free tier with limited features. No credit card is required to use the free plan.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Premium, Expert) are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

• Monthly billing: charged on the same day each month.
• Annual billing: charged once per year at a discounted rate.
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@rankly-ai.com within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rankly.AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit URLs that contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or proprietary data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limitations.
• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we determine that you have violated these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rankly.AI — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by OnLesBz and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., URLs) you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Rankly.AI provides analysis and recommendations based on publicly available data and AI models. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results.
• Specific improvements in search rankings or AI visibility.
• The availability of the service without interruption or errors.

SEO and GEO outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control, including changes to search engine algorithms and AI model behaviour. Results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnLesBz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnLesBz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect, either by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
